Refund policy
This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work when you buy from Rainkind. Nothing here affects your legal rights.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason, without giving a justification, within 14 days of the day you receive the goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.
To cancel, simply tell us before the deadline — email us at gozankaya@gmail.com with your order number. A clear statement is enough; you do not need to use a particular form of words.
This right applies to every customer buying from us in the United Kingdom. It is a legal right and we cannot take it away.
Our 30-day returns policy
On top of your legal cancellation right, we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind. To be eligible, the item must be in the condition you received it and in its original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Because filter cartridges are a hygiene product, sealed filter packs can only be returned if the seal is unbroken. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty.
Who pays for return postage
- If you change your mind — you pay the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend a tracked service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — we pay. Contact us and we will cover the return cost or send you a prepaid label.
Faulty or damaged items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have the right to reject them for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. After 30 days, and for the first six months, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and to a refund if that is not possible.
How to start a return
Email gozankaya@gmail.com with your order number and, if relevant, a photo of the problem. We will confirm your return and give you instructions.
Please request a return before sending anything back — items that arrive without a confirmed return can take much longer to process.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, we will refund you to your original payment method.
Where you have exercised your 14-day right to cancel, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back from you (or of you providing proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier), including the standard delivery cost you originally paid.
For returns under our 30-day policy, we aim to refund within 10 business days of receiving the item. Your bank may take a few further days to show the money in your account.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different pack is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
