Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Order processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. You’ll get an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 9–16 business days from dispatch. Most orders arrive within this window; occasionally customs or courier delays push it a little longer. Total time from order to doorstep is typically around 2–3 weeks.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every UK order. There are no customs charges or import duties for UK customers.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 5–10 days after dispatch for the first scan to appear — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Delays
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, email support@rainkind.co.uk with your order number and we will investigate, and resend or refund it if it cannot be located.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking confirms it as lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t be held responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we’ll always try to help.
