Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Please allow a little extra time during sales periods and public holidays.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all UK orders.

Tracking
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order is dispatched. It can take 2–3 days for the first tracking update to appear.

Delays
Occasionally deliveries take longer than expected due to courier or postal delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, email us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll replace it or issue a full refund.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
